The Commissions have revised their Rules and Standards effective October 1st, 2022. All projects submitted for review after October 1st must adhere to the revised Rules and Standards, linked below. Notable changes from the previous Rules and Standards (2013) include:

The Commissions serve as the LGU for administration of the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) in Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Osseo, and Robbinsdale. Contact Tony Kaster at 763.218.2743 or [email protected] regarding wetland matters. Applications are due at least 10 business days prior to the Commission meeting.
